Finding Classes
1. How can I see all the classes available?
You can see all available classes on the Class page after logging into the platform. It’s free to sign up as an ActivKidz user!
2. How do I look for a class that is suitable for my child?
You can filter suitable classes by day, location, age, interest, and key words.
3. If I have a question concerning a class, what should I do?
Provider information is displayed at the end of every class page. You can click Contact Via Email or Contact Via Whatsapp to speak to providers directly.
Saving My Children’s Profile
4. How do I set up my child’s profile before booking a class?
You can go to My Kids and Add a Kid before browsing/booking a class. You can add more than one child to your account.
5. How do I enter interests for each child and what does that impact?
At the My Kids page, you can add tags to each child’s profile under Interests. When you have tags for a child, we can better suggest classes that match your child’s interests.
6. How do I view my child/children’s schedule/s?
You can view the weekly and monthly calendar on the Calendar page. (All classes booked through ActivKidz will appear here automatically). You can also use the Calendar tool to track your child’s complete schedule by adding time blocks for other activities/commitments for each child.

7. Is it free to sign up as a parent?
Yes, it’s free to sign up as a parent.
8. What is Share Class?
Share Class allows you to share the classes you’ve booked directly on ActivKidz with your friends. You can enable the function on the Settings page and add your friends using their phone number or email address if they have also allowed the function.
9. What should I do if I have a provider suggestion?
Please fill in the form at https://www.activkidz.com/contact if you have any suggested providers for us to include on ActivKidz. We will reach out to the providers.
